Catalyst

License information

The Catalyst license can be found in the License.txt file in the Catalyst GitLab.

This information is also available in the $EBROOTCATALYST/share/licenses/Catalyst subdirectory after installing and loading the module.

User-installable modules (and EasyConfigs)

Install with the EasyBuild-user module:

eb <easyconfig> -r

To access module help after installation and get reminded for which stacks and partitions the module is installed, use module spider Catalyst/<version>.

EasyConfig:

• EasyConfig Catalyst-2.0.0-cpeGNU-24.03.eb, will build Catalyst/2.0.0-cpeGNU-24.03

• ccpe container only EasyConfig Catalyst-2.0.0-cpeGNU-25.03.eb, will build Catalyst/2.0.0-cpeGNU-25.03

• Support for Catalyst in the CSCS repository

• The EasyConfig is derived from the JSC ones with changes for LUMI.

Not sure if the Python integration works...

We could not test due to lack of proper documentation, but something we would expect would work does not.
